Hi my dear crocheters!
Christmas is just around the corner and I have a present for you! The free flora basket crochet pattern!
My mother always says “you can never have enough baskets and blankets” – and I think, she is right! The flora basket is the perfect mix of rustic and special, for it is made out of jute twine and a glittery core yarn. The little loops on top give the basket a slightly playful touch, which I adore so much. I love to put flowers or plants inside, because I like the match of jute and plants, it feels so natural.
But of course you can use it for your pencils, small stuff like keys or for children’s toys.

The flora basket is beautiful, but it es very easy to make and therefore suited for beginners and a quickly made gift for your loved ones.
So go ahead, grab your crochet hook and make yourself a beatiful flora basket!
Materials:
- jute twine (I used one that has a diameter of 2mm)
- glittery core yarn (I used one from Woolly Hugs)
- 6mm crochet hook

- stitch marker (optional)
The pattern is written in US terminology.
